Marijuana has an age-old relationship with contemplators. Those who seek to look inward and gain insight about the self have for millennia turned to weed. Now, even if you don’t aspire to be the next Bodhidharma or achieve the legendary powers of concentration of Zen masters, you can still benefit from the meditation. Marijuana is a great tool to achieve the meditative state. I have never needed weed to meditate but I started smoking before my evening meditation and I have been able to get into the zone faster and stay there and even let go completely to fall into a deep trance.
Smoking before meditation is the only way I can actually meditate. My brain it so busy all the time.
I want to try White Widow.
I honesty feel like these are just puff pieces. Like really a different kind of weed is going to give me a different kind of meditation?! I think not. I can enjoy my meditation on whatever I have laying around. I don’t need some special shit to get me to where I need to be.
Mother’s Helper seems like it would be fun to try.
I don’t meditate but I think I will have to start. How do you do it? Do the guided meditations help?
I started with guided meditation and now I am able to sit in silence and fine my way to a deep meditation.
I do yoga when I am high and let me tell you at the end when you lay on your mat and just breathe…..that is the best shit!
I love smoking pot and then pretending i am meditation…honestly I think I just zone out to the point of meditation

To each their own but honesty if I want to smoke to have a better meditation then that is what I am going to do. You do you but don’t put down someones practice.
My husband and I smoke together and meditate while holding hands on an nightly basis. as practicing Buddhists I personally feel like our souls are finding their way to peace.

Being one with yourself is not boring. It is enlightening and helps you find peace in the world we live in. it is something anyone can do. Just shut the world out, turn your phone on silent, turn the tv off, find a comfortable position and start letting go. It will do wonders for your health.
^^ I agree. I meditate at work all the time as a way to get through the day without all the stress wearing me down. Ever since I have started doing this I have seen an increase in my health and a height in my immune system.
