Cannabis lovers choose their favorite strains based on THC content, cost, and of course, flavors. If flavors mean a lot to you, then read on to learn about six beautifully flavored strains. Today, flavors have taken on significance because of the proliferation of vaporizers; these devices with their low heat bring out flavors in a manner that joints and blunts cannot.
- Game Changer
Top notes of tropical fruit and grape give way to subdued floral notes in this 60/40 indica-sativa hybrid. Game Changer derives from Purple Dragon and Green Thai. You cannot but appreciate its flavor-powered euphoria even if you’re a rookie who is still learning to roll a joint.
- Blueberry
A legendary indica and the precursor to other classics such as Blue Dream and Blue Cheese, this one really approximates the flavors of the eponymously fruit. The sweet fruity aroma and the high THC content has made Blueberry of millions of weed connoisseurs.
- Tangie
Tangie, as you may guess, has a predominantly citrusy aroma of tangerines. It traces its lineage to Cali Orange and Skunk. The terpene limonene makes its presence felt in a big way. If you like citrus and sativas, then you will not go wrong with Tangie.
- Dutch Treat
Pine lovers gravitate to Dutch Treat like a janitor to pine-scented cleaning liquids. Make what you want to of this analogy, but Dutch Treat is one of those rare strains that enjoys a positive reputation with all. Pine, sage, mint, pepper, and lemon combine to create a heady aroma that elevates, energizes, and relaxes at the same time.
- Big Buddha Cheese
Big Buddha Cheese is regarded as the foremost cheese-flavored hybrid out there. Admittedly, not for the faint of heart, but if you can stand the sturdy flavors of Roquefort, then you’ll love Big Buddha. It is a great strain to mix with other varieties.
- Lavender
Flowers, spice, and everything nice…that’s Lavender for you. Opening a can of these buds will transport you to a lavender field that also carries wild rose bushes here and there, along with violets growing in some places. This strain relaxes you and eases the tensions out like very few strains can.

Does anyone think that they are explaining the weed like they do wine?
“And as you waft towards your face….NO DON’T JUST DRINK IT!….uncultured swine.” -The angry guy that sells wine to people who know nothing about wine.
I can never taste the difference in weed…am I the only one?
I felt that way a lot when I first started smoking but now I have my favorite strains and can tell the difference between say a Lavender and a blah blah blah kush.
I want to try the Big Buddha Cheese!! I feel like it is going to be weird as fuck but awesome to try!
I don’t know how I feel about these descriptions of the weed. I feel like if my weed had a hint of pepper I would not enjoy it. but hey to each their own.
Lavender sounds like it would be my favorite out of all of these.
Indica-sativa hybrids are the fucking best!
I prefer just indica to be honest.
Where can I get these??
I want to try them all! There should be links to the places that have these strains in stock!
I agree with Frank! I feel like you post this as a tease but now we know about it and want to try the real thing and not the shitty knock offs!
Is there actually a way to taste the differences? I mean I get that using a vape you can taste it more but what about with a bong or in a joint? It there really a way to TASTE the difference?
I feel like Big Buddha Cheese is a horrible name for that stain! Why do you think of Buddha when you are tasting cheese?!
I would love to try Game Changer and Tangie! California oranges are the fucking best and anything that is a hybrid is worth a try!
Has anyone seen these idiots putting a bug in their nose and putting fire to it?! Yeah let my just burn the shit out of my fucking face.
HAHAHAHA RIGHT?! honestly you can make a bong out of almost anything but people are lighting shit up in their nose!
PLEASE don’t compare weed to fucking cleaning products. That is a HUGE turn off and makes me never want to try Dutch Treat!
Oh my god I felt the same way when I read that. They could have compared it to December and the smell of pine trees after freshly fallen snow. That is a turn on. Chemicals…..no.
I feel like Blueberry is overrated and over-played now. There are too many knock offs that don’t have the right taste. I don’t know why this flavor even made this list.
